Autarkic drain regulator with partly filled flow measurement

The LDMdrive is the first discharge controller with precise flow measurement that can control rain water tanks autonomously
thanks to its low energy requirements and is still fully and permanently monitored by the control system.

LDMdrive self-sufficient discharge control

The robust LDMdrive self-sufficient flow meter for partly filled pipes combined with a knife gate valve with low-power drive requires very little electrical energy. Even with a small battery, it can be operated for several days without sun or mains supply. The knife gate valve is controlled directly by the transmitter, which saves space. The measurement and control data is transmitted directly to your process control system via standard interfaces. Our compact system impresses with its harmonised components and a shortened design with guaranteed accuracy thanks to calibration in the STEBATEC hydraulics laboratory. The maintenance opening enables uncomplicated maintenance, while factory commissioning, intuitive operation and commissioning instructions ensure efficient installation.

TF measuring channel with dry weather channel

The stationary partly filled (TF) flow measurement system from STEBATEC is a calibrated measuring channel that enables precise, backflow-free and polluter-adapted flow measurement of wastewater, raw sewage and rainwater in open channels or gravity sewers. In view of the increasing requirements for precise measurement and control technology, this system offers decisive advantages over other solutions thanks to the dry weather channel. The precise measurement of very small quantities in wastewater flow measurement technology is a well-known challenge, as conventional flow meters are often unable to detect low water levels. The innovative right-angled shape of the system allows the sensors to be optimally arranged to ensure a precise flow profile and meet individual requirements.

New process control system

The latest version of ARAbella / AQUAbella / Rebella for operators from the wastewater treatment plant, sewer network operator, drinking water supplier and steam and hot water sectors with the highest demands on safety, function and convenience. With the comprehensive update, the trending has been further developed in addition to innovations in operation and display. Thanks to the new login with 2-factor authentication, the process control system fulfils the highest security requirements for system-relevant and sensitive systems.

TFPNA discharge control

The remote-controlled butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator is orientated to the integrated flow measurement and limits the flow to an adjustable volume. As long as the maximum discharge is not reached, the flap remains open and the measurement is precise, even when partly filled. The system is suitable for wastewater applications and can be installed wet or in closed pipework. Simple disassembly and a maintenance opening make the butterfly valve extremely easy to maintain.

LDM flow measurement

The LDM is a high-precision flow value recording device. The dual patent-protected LDM partly filled flow measurement is a calibrated measuring device for the backflow-free measurement of wastewater volumes in open channels or gravity pipes. 10 flow velocity measuring sections distributed over the entire cross-section provide accurate flow values when the sensor is partially or fully filled. The level measurement is integrated in the device housing. The LDM can be easily installed between two pipes.
