We are pleased to inform you that STEBATEC has reached an agreement on future cooperation with Thierry Buchs, owner and managing director of 4 à 20 Sàrl in Courtepin, to further strengthen its market position in French-speaking Switzerland.
The agreement includes the takeover of the business of 4 à 20 Sàrl by STEBATEC with effect from October 1, 2024. As part of the agreement, all customer contracts, customer and system data, the rights to the 4 à 20 Sàrl brand and the equipment to continue the business will be transferred to STEBATEC.
Thierry Buchs is a recognized expert in the field of industrial measurement technology. He will join the STEBATEC team as early as September 1, 2024 and will continue to offer the services of 4 à 20 Sarl in the usual quality from Courtepin in the name of STEBATEC.
STEBATEC is an owner-managed and employee-owned company specializing in the areas of partially filled flow measurement, discharge control and automation of water supply, wastewater treatment and sewer networks as well as the generation of industrial heat. 4 à 20 Sàrl and STEBATEC SA complement each other perfectly in many areas.
